The Summit program will be organized around four key areas of focus:
- Developing Partnerships: Strengthening Interagency coordination, public-private collaboration, and cross-discipline teamwork.
- Developing Volunteers: Enhancing volunteer engagement, training, retention, and integration into emergency management operations.
- Developing Personal Resiliency: Promoting individual well-being, mental health, and leadership sustainability within high-stress professions.
- Incorporating Technology to Build Resilience: Highlighting tools, platforms, and innovations that improve situational awareness, communication, and operational efficiency.
